The Sehat+ Weight Loss Difference

Most weight loss programmes fail because they are unsustainable. Crash diets, meal replacements, and extreme calorie restriction cause rapid weight loss followed by rebound. At Sehat+, we use a science-backed, moderate approach: a sustainable caloric deficit built around foods you already eat, with regular follow-up to track fat loss (not just weight). For clients already using GLP-1 weight-loss injections such as Mounjaro, we guide a safe taper off the medication while keeping the weight off through diet.

What to Expect

You will receive a personalised diet chart based on your current food habits, health history, and goals. No food group is completely eliminated. Portion control, meal timing, and food sequencing are the tools we use. Most clients lose 3–5 kg per month with good adherence — and more importantly, they keep it off. Body composition (fat %, muscle mass, visceral fat) is tracked at every follow-up.
